Eddie, a local Aboriginal artist from Darwin, showcases vibrant textures of landscapes, waterways, and ancestral tales from his Grandmother's Tanami desert and Larrakia Grandfather's Saltwater/Waterlily region, reflecting deep cultural ties to these lands. Denise, from the Blue Mountains, will exhibit a collection of Mobile sculptures made from various natural and found elements, with a focus on movement and balance. She seeks to evoke a sense of wonder and playfulness in those who encounter them. Together, their works offer an immersive journey into the beauty and complexity of their natural surroundings.

City of Darwin’s LAUNCH youth program provides young people in Darwin with opportunities to connect, build skills and contribute to their community. An annual showcase of new unreleased works by visual artists aged 12-25 Secret Art reflects the incredible talent brewing around Darwin and beyond.
