Breathing In Colour | Kate Tomic

Breathing In Colour is a visual celebration of expression, inviting the viewer to experience the colour, flow and movement of the artworks. This vibrant series showcases a variety of flowing abstract paintings in harmonious combinations of dark, light, bold and subdued contrasting colours, drawing out introspective reflections of self.

Breathing In Colour is an installation of the colour, shape, and flow of my art embodying the freedom, and visceral stripped back process that flow art has lent to my creative journey. An aspect I love about being an abstract artist is that I’m not giving a visual point of reference to my audience, instead I’m inviting them on a inspired process of introspection, viewing the works by considering their own emotions, what they think it means or how it makes them feel.
