Our Expectations
  • Applicants must be a current DVA member
  • Artists must pay $100 refundable key and bond deposit
  • Artists must be willing to participate in open studio program
  • Artist will maintain studio in reasonable condition and not conduct illegal activities on site
Lease Period
Varies, though 6 months is recommended

When studios are full you are still welcome to contact us about an Expression Of Interest at any time and join DVA's Waiting List.
