Our Expectations
- Applicants must be a current DVA member
- Artists must pay $100 refundable key and bond deposit
- Artists must be willing to participate in open studio program
- Artist will maintain studio in reasonable condition and not conduct illegal activities on site
Lease Period
Varies, though 6 months is recommended

DVA has two on-site studios and is currently in negotiation regarding two off-site studios.
